The rooms are available from 2pm on your arrival day and must be vacated before midday on your departure.

The availability of our family rooms, extra beds and cots must be confirmed by the hotel (subject to availability).
We require a credit card number or prepayment for all bookings.
We would like to inform our guests that the hotel checks the validity of all card details with bank authorisation. The hotel will not debit your card under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation in the following circumstances :
In the event of a late cancellation, 48 hours (2 days) before the arrival date, the amount due for the first night will be debited from the credit card provided as guarantee. The same applies for bookings that are not honoured without prior cancellation.
Unless otherwise stated by the client, and excluding packages, payment is due on departure, and each week for long stays.
A luggage room is at the disposal of our guests, free of charge.
